# \[Closed\] CoE Monthly Budget

- Problem: CoE is 100% dependant on funding from proposals, adding unnecessary red tape for inexpensive items like monthly subscriptions fees (project management), member reimbursements, etc.
- Proposal: Give the CoE access to funds each month for minor expenditures.
- Best-case outcome: CoE makes good use of their monthly budget, improving operational efficiency.
- Worst-case outcome: They throw international pizza parties each month.
