You might want to up-vote this proposal to AAVE ARC: Add support for NMR - New Asset - Aave It increases the chance of NMR getting accepted and be loan-able there.

It was recently listed on this perp exchange https://lighter.xyz/, so that’s something. (That’s not a recommendation, I don’t know much about the place yet.)
