I used to play around with Numerai signals, and while I haven’t been active recently, I’m developing a tool that might be beneficial for this community.
subsets.io, is an open data warehouse where you can query hundreds of datasets, such as world development indicators or Reddit engagement data, with SQL. You can also easily import them with the Python client. Most tables are searchable at the row level, greatly speeding up searches for relevant data.
The engine is free to use and offers quite generous limits. I hope it’s useful, and I’d love to hear your thoughts.
